Timeout
To maintain security and confidentiality, Direct Deposit will timeout in 20 minutes if there is no activity. If your session does expire, you must log on again to change your direct deposit disposition.
Foreign Banks
This application does not support direct deposits to foreign banks. If you set up a deposit to a U.S. bank that is immediately transferred to a foreign bank or if you set up a direct deposit to a foreign bank (with your payroll office), you need to read this and comply:

Pending Status
"Pending" indicates that your choice is not yet in effect. Transactions can take up to 15 business days to process, depending on local payroll deadlines. Once your local payroll office has processed your request, "pending" will no longer appear.
Routing Number
The bank routing transit number consists of 9 digits. If you have trouble locating your routing number on your check, contact your financial institution for assistance.
Account Number
The account number is 1 to 17 digits. You must enter the entire account number including the leading zeroes. If you have trouble locating your account number on your check, contact your financial institution for assistance.
